yokoyama fruit farm

My husband and I visited the Yokoyama fruit farm while travelling from Abashiri to Lake Mashu. Besides cherry trees, there were water-melon, blueberry and other fruits in this farm. The owner of the farm were friendly. They charge each person 500 yen and eat as much as you like. If you like to take away the cherry , they charge 100 yen for a big basket. This is a place worth to visit compared to another cherry farm near Furano. For those who are driving, the GPS will prompt for the family name. Try to find somebody who can write in Japanese to help you enter the family name.
