I'll suggest visiting this place for all the nature lovers who want to enjoy the nature in a lush green park packed up with the peace and serenity. A good place to pass the time and enjoy the beauty of the City Beautiful.

When I visited this place, I found only 3-4 species of Butterflies and it wasn't like that there were butterflies were fluttering all around us, I am not sure which is the best time to visit, but for photographers there are flowers, vines, shrubs, plants, trees and a small pond where Water Hens can be easily spotted and the place can be used to shoot videos or movies as this is an untapped area. Certain areas can be developed to make it a proper Butterfly Park.

The Butterfly park is located in front of the main gate of Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology in sector 26 of Chandigarh brings a touch of colour, the park is spread over an area of 7 acres with a meticulous landscaping. It offers a tranquil haven of peace and nature's wonders,as multi-coloured butterflies flit all around. A must-see attraction for any visitor to the city !

Situated in sector 26 this is a little known park of chandigarh, but this quaint park is beautiful and is a home to about 35 species of butterflies. It's a very pleasant experience for nature lovers and children. It's amazing to see butterflies fluttering all around you.

THE PARK is spread over an area of 7 acres with a meticulous landscaping. Special care has been taken to create a good habitat for butterflies. This park is full of vegetation with a variety of trees and shrubs. The park is having wonderful varieties of host plants for butterflies which includes Ashoka, Salix,Mango, Citrus, Amla, Palm, Calotrpis and Capris, ete. So it is nice park for visitor.

It is a newly declared reserved Garden in the sector-26, Chandigarh, adjoining TTTI and SGGS College just around in 5-7 acres of land. It is having a natural pond and scores of Safeda and Mango trees, I went with the kids and found quite a little butterflies of the common type.
