Do not compare this to the tiger safaris at Corbet Jungle or Kanha Jungle. The lions are caged. The driver takes you inside in a mini-bus and within 5 minutes one can see the lions. There were 2 lioness and 1 lion. The driver waits for 10 minutes for everyone to see the lion and exits. It will not take more than 10-15 minutes. It is open from 9am-5pm.

There's just 1 ageing & sick lioness. More than getting excited, after seeing the lioness you simply feel pity for it! It's not about it being old, but it's also lonely!

When visited this place in Oct 14 they was only one lioness to view in the safari . Ok place to visit

I don't know whether it was my high expectation, or if I should have done a bit of research on this attraction. They have the tour operating every 20 minutes in a mini bus that can seat up to 10 - 15 people comfortably. I had expected that there would be a pride of lions or a considerable amount of them living inside, since it was supposed to be a safari. However, there is just one lioness inside and there is even a small sign outside mentioning that, which I thought was quite funny!!

visited Pluz last week..To start with they have a very grand entry, nicelobby and a very beautiful pool. There was a lot of rush during our checkin, but some how managed it.. the rooms were big enough, headed straightfor the pool.. after our lunch took a quick nap.. finally we started ourcocktail party which went on till 1 am.. had great fun as the staff werequite cooperative even though they waited for us to finish of our party, they yet served us hot food which was the best part.. great short breakfor us.. thanks guys.. cheers..

This lion safari is a waste of time.People visit this mainly because there are not many things to see or do in SIlvassa else there is nothing worth visiting. We could not spot any lion. As a matter of fact we were told that there is only 1 lioness ! Don't know how far that is true.Hence it is obvious that spotting the lioness is virtually impossible & you have to be extremely lucky to spot her.Over a very ok place .There are food stalls where once can get basic food items, toilets are there - not very clean though .NOT WORTH VISITING

The signboards claim the safari to be world class. But there was only 1 lioness in the entire park and she was also sleeping away to glory. The entrance was free, which was probably the only way to get people inside.

Visited with family and children were quite excited. However the Safari was more of a Peacock Safari. There was only one Lion that too in an area which had metal boundaries. Beware of the Bus drivers who would lure you not to buy tickets and would take you straight into the park. PLS BUY TICKETS FROM THE COUNTER. Its not expensive. This money goes into development of the park

This safari go only one lioness which is also ill and old. I think government must close this safari or increase the number of lions. with one ill loin it not more than a zoo.

This is not any Lion Safari...just one injured lion which was not even able to walk; as if on the verge of dying. Just imagine how much money Indian Govt might be spending on maintaining this property but nothing spent on health of the poor lion. It was heart breaking to see the plight of injured lion who was looking weaker than a goat. Why do we name this place a Lion Safari when there is only one half-alive lion in cage. My request to senior Govt officials to get this immediately attended as it is a shame of face of our country if any Foreign Tourist visits this place, along with exhibition of cruelty towards animals.

This place is on the route to Naroli -Khanvel. There is just 1 lioness and that too old. I don't think the lioness will look at you even if you go close to it. They charge you Rs. 25/- for a10 minute ride.
