基隆海洋广场

是没有臭味跟垃圾漂浮的状况下的前提，天气热的时候真的有时候那傍晚的味道很恐怖，要是能确实的把垃圾排水的问题确实的解决，而不要用一些治标不治本的方式视而不见，这个港景还可以吸引到更多人停留。

经过整顿后的基隆海洋广场确实是干净许多，但垃圾依旧是不少，海岸很臭，海水上面漂著无数可怕的垃圾，夜晚配合灯光适合拍照！

硬体建设很棒外, 内部陈列的海洋相关的知识更是有条有理, 生动也有趣, 也有互动式设计, 真的很适合小朋友参观学习.

一般人因为各种国道客运或地区性公车皆有大部份在海洋广场下车，想要不接触也难。在此可看基隆港的大部份，平常就可看看海，有大客轮进港后可看看客轮，由于近来有颇多各个国藉的客轮来，所以可看到日本藉的、大陆藉的，欧洲国家藉的，香港藉的等等，一般下午时候，会有基隆特有的很像老鹰的鹫出现，比老鹰还大，最多时曾看过约有20几只同时飞行，十分壮观，很多摄影人士喜欢来此摄影。再来就是晚上时，面对海靠右边有演唱人员唱歌，会有很多人聚集，水准还算可以。平常天气好时可看到情侣或全家在此休憩，也有很多外藉的观光客以及在基打工的渔工或外劳在此约会，是一个适合各式人等来此休息的地方，看看海，听听海涛声，坐在椅子上休息一下，可以让人完全放松，是非常好的一个不须任何花费的休憩好地方。

离基隆火车站、基隆港和庙口也是都非常近，走路即到。从海洋广场望出去即是基隆港，可以看到巨大的油轮、货船，起重机以及各种集装箱，可见基隆港的繁忙。晚上失散步休闲的好去处，交通也极为便利。

很漂亮的海洋广场，晚上时候有LED灯制作的KEELUNG，很漂亮。广场有很多用木头坐的礁石，造型非常特别。就在基隆港区域，去这里也非常的方便。

Went there for a stroll after breakfast and soak in the Harbour sights. The glory days were over and the plaza looked old and needed some maintenance. Nevertheless, it revealed the good old days when there were more activities in Keelung. We left after an hour with photo shots of the 2 custom patrol boats, a Japanese cruise ship, some seagulls and the view of Keelung city from the far side for memories

Keelung Maritime Plaza is not a great thing...Actually, it is not well preserved place: neither the plaza, nor the buildings around it. At night, at least, its ugliness is partially hidden...Of course, the view is very nice; both in the morning and by night. But that is all.

If you take a long distance bus or TRA train or cruise ship to Keelung, you are sure to come across the maritime plaza. There are plenty of benches. You can get drinks and snacks from the nearby shops and take in the views. Not the most fantastic waterfront area - it looks somewhat like an old, industrial place during daytime. Regardless, all waterfront areas have a distinct appeal, particularly at night with all the colourful lights and reflections off the water.

Grab a drink from the cafes across the train station and enjoy the view of the Harbour. On the plaza itself, there are huge alphabets that spell K-E-E-L-U-N-G.Good place to relax and spend the morning.

We arrived on a cruise ship close to this attraction. Only problem is having to walk around motor scooters parked on the sidewalks. As we walked south Fromm this area we found lots of small shops and places for an informal bite to eat. Overall, it provides a feel that reminds me if Vietnam cities.

The plaza is clean and well decorated with colourful statues and gives the tourist a great welcome to the city. Great views of the harbour and surrounding hillsides. Plenty of things going on, especially the uniqe opportunity to view the Balck Falcons coming in to eat fish from the harbour.

ほかの方のクチコミを見て、数年前に大阪で見た「ラバーダック」がここにも来ていたことを知りました。ちょっとびっくり！それはともかく、港に近い大きな広場で、お店もたくさん出ていました。港町らしい、活気のある観光ポイントです。

2013-2014年は基隆で年越ししました。基隆港に「幸福黄鴨」ラバーダック（世界中を旅する黄色い巨大子アヒル）がきていました。連日ニュース番組で「基隆黄鴨」は報道されていて、黄鴨に会いに来た人・人・人で海洋広場は大賑わい。実は私はラバーダックプロジェクトを知らず‥日本にも来ていたんですね。とても愛くるしい表情の可愛いアヒルちゃんで、大人気なのはうなずけます。翌日港にその姿がなく‥どうしたものかと思っていたら不幸にも破裂、ビックリ（ニュースでみました）。2013年12/23に展示開始→12/31に破裂→2014年1/3に復活、基隆にくるのが一日遅かったら会えなかったカモ。

台湾鉄道基隆駅からずっと真っ直ぐのところにあります。私が訪れた時はラバーダックが訪台しており大変賑やかでした。
