Magnificent temple, in traditional Tang dynasty architect style. The temple consists of three halls. The first hall located on the second floor of the front hall is a shrine devoted to the First Ancestor Kaiji and the God of Literature. The central hall is devoted to Guan Gong, the God of War and the warrior-God Yue Fei. The rear hall is dedicated to Confucius.Make sure to climb up the stairs at the rear hall and get a good view (from the back of the temple) of the temple and the sun moon lake.And don't miss the Years of Stairs outside the temple, cross the road.

this temple has several tiers to climb and plenty to see. you can purchase a lantern charm to hang anywhere within the temple grounds and there are a lot of them hanging around which made the place look really picturesque

まず神様に願い事を一つ祈ります。神前の番号が書いた杓を引いて、神様に「この番号が答えですか?」と尋ねます。耳の形をした駒を放って裏表が出ればYesです。 表裏が揃えばNoで杓を引き直します。裏表で出るまでこれを続けて杓に書いてある番号の札を棚から自分で持ってきます。御御籤は英語、日本語も書いています。係りの人が誰もいなくても自分たちだけで完結できるが良いですね。料金は寸志でOK。
